GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICY

RDERING:
Please state the quantity, finishes and description of each item, preferably in that order to avoid any delays and help
speed up the processing of your order.
PRICES:
Prices quoted are F.O.B. our warehouse and are subject to change without notice.
BACKORDERS:
Back orders with a value of less than $25.00 are automatically canceled. All items not shipped are automatically
placed on back order.
CLAIMS:
All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. No returns will be accepted
without verbal or written permission in which an RGA (Return Good Authorization) Number will be issued. This RGA# is valid for
30 days only and must be clearly marked on each carton to be returned. RGA # must be obtained before return is accepted.
RESTOCKING CHARGE:
There will be a 20% restocking charge, with a $30.00 minimum, for all merchandise returned unless the
reason for the return was the fault of MAC Sculpture.
TERMS:
Open account terms are NET 30 from date of invoice.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
No orders will shipped until all overdue balances are cleared. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.8%
per month finance charge.
CREDIT:
Credit may be extended to a firm only after submitting satisfactory trade and bank references including addresses, phone,
fax and account numbers where applicable. All information must be furnished in writing and signed by an authorized person.
CREDIT CARDS:
For your convenience we now accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER.
RETURNED CHECKS:
A $35.00 service charge fee will be placed on all checks returned to us by the bank for non-payment.
INITIAL ORDERS:
First two orders must be credit card until credit application has been received, processed and approved; all
initial orders will be shipped prepaid by credit card or paid in advance prior to shipment of merchandise. Opening order is $500.00
reorders are$350.00 copy of Resale Tax Identification Number will be needed as well.
BREAKAGE OR DAMAGED:
All contents are insured. In the event of damage do not return to MAC. Please notify your local
UPS, FedEx Ground or Freight carrier within 7 days and they will issue the necessary paperwork. Please, save all boxes and packaging
material as UPS, FedEx and Freight carriers will request to see the entire contents of package, including any inner boxes. Also, do not
remove any damaged merchandise from the original carton until an inspection has been made or waived by UPS, FedEx or Freight
carrier.
